PostroomIQ is a monday.com app that gives you an email address for your board. Forward an order, invoice or lead to it, and AI reads the email and its attachments and fills a board item with the details. Anything it isn't sure about is marked Needs review and waits in a review queue until a person checks it.

What PostroomIQ does
- Email to board item. Fills the columns for orders and purchase orders, invoices and bills, or leads and requests, and posts the email text as an update on the item.
- Reads your attachments. PDFs including scans, photos and screenshots, faxes, Excel and CSV files, Word documents, forwarded emails and ZIP files. The item lists the files; the attachments stay in your mailbox.
- Sends anything uncertain to review. A value the AI isn't sure about, an unknown or look-alike sender, or wording about changed bank details puts the item in review, with the reason and the passage it came from.
- Follows replies. A reply with changes, in the same thread, updates the item it created and sets it to Needs review. If the reply changes an address or raises a warning, its changes are proposed instead of applied.
- Nothing goes missing. Emails that are filtered, held or fail are listed in the app with the reason, and most also show on the board, marked as such.

Install and choose an email type
Add PostroomIQ to a board and choose what you'll forward: orders, invoices or leads.
Pick a board and get your address
Match the fields to columns on an existing board, or let PostroomIQ create one. Existing items are never touched. Then copy your intake address.
Forward email
Forward or BCC emails to the address, or set up automatic forwarding. Each email becomes an item, and anything uncertain waits for you to confirm or reject.

Common questions
What happens when PostroomIQ isn't sure?
The item goes to the review queue with the reason and the passage the value came from, highlighted. You edit the values and confirm, or reject the item. Emails from unknown senders go to review too.
Which attachments can it read?
PDFs including scans, photos and screenshots, faxes, Excel and CSV files, Word documents, plain text, forwarded emails and ZIP files. It doesn't read older Office formats such as .xls and .doc or password-protected files, and it blocks macro-enabled files. A file it can't read still creates an item for review, with the reason.
Does it reply to senders or send email for me?
No. PostroomIQ never sends email on your behalf or to anyone named in an email, and it never follows links in an email.
How is my email data stored?
PostroomIQ doesn't keep a copy of the email; its email provider keeps each received email for 30 days. PostroomIQ stores the extracted values and processing records, encrypted, in the United States, and deletes them after 12 months. Everything stored for your account is deleted within 10 days of uninstalling. Items already on your boards stay.
Does it work with my existing board?
Yes. Choose your board and PostroomIQ matches its fields to your columns. Fields with no matching column can be added as new columns, and existing items are never touched.
