• Your store or account URL: your Shopify store address (for example yourstore.myshopify.com) or your monday.com account address (for example yourteam.monday.com).
• What happened, and what you expected to happen.
• Screenshots, if you have them.

Please don't send passwords, API keys or payment card details by email.
