Plans differ only in how many items you get each month.
What counts as an item
- An item is one email that AI turns into a board item. It covers up to 5 attachment pages.
- Each extra 5 pages counts as one more item.
- These are free: emails marked Filtered (not relevant), duplicates, and failures.
- Your count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Over the limit
- No email is lost. It still lands on your board as an item marked "Over limit", without AI reading it.
- You can process it once you upgrade or your limit resets.
Free plan
- Free reads the same files as paid plans: email text, PDFs (including scans), photos, faxes, Excel, Word, CSV and forwarded emails.
- On paid plans and trials, harder emails (photos, scans, values the first read wasn't sure of) get a second read by a larger AI model. On Free, the larger model only double-checks an email before it's filtered out (up to 3 a month).
Trials and billing
- Start with a 14-day free trial of Pro.
- Subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled in monday.com's plan selection. Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price.
- Billing and refunds go through monday.com. You can get a full refund within 30 days, processed by monday.com.
- Plans are per monday account, with no per-seat pricing.
